Consultation on Proposed Footpath Diversion

This should be self explanatory.

Letter from Cambs CC 01223 715520

Application to divert part of Dry Drayton Footpath No. 11
Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980

Cambridgeshire County Council has received an application for diversion part of the above public footpath.

The existing definitive line of Public Footpath No.11, Dry Drayton runs through points A-B-C-D-E on the enclosed plan. The diversion would be from A-B-F-G-H as shown on the enclosed plan. The diverted route would be two metres wide and would have no gates or other structures. The surface of the new route is, as in the existing route, natural surface.

As a requirement of the diversion process the County Council is obliged to carry out consultation with interested parties. I will be compiling a report on which the County Council will base its decision as to whether or not to proceed with making a diversion order; I would be grateful if I could receive any representations you wish to make by Tuesday 22nd October 2013. If this timescale would cause you difficulty, or you have any other queries, please contact me at the above address.

If you have any questions on this proposal please do not hesitate to contact me on the above number.

Yours sincerely

Robert Kemp
