There is no Parish Council report this month, but a Councillor writes as follows:
Dry Drayton is blessed with many footpaths and villagers and people from further afield enjoy their walks. All the paths have signposts which ask walkers with dogs to clear up after their animals. Recently however, there have been a number of plastic bags, duly filled with ‘poop’, but pushed into the hedgerows or left on the verges. Can we reinforce the message – Take your dog mess home to keep our walks clean and pleasant.
Thanks, by the way, to those villagers who regularly do clean the pathways and keep the walks so good.
